TapUBB - Getting Started From Scratch: You need to download the latest tapubb-x.x.zip file. You can find the link to it on the TapUBB main page. In it you will find the tapubb.pdf file. It will tell you what to do in detail. TapUBB - Updating: Fairly frequently, particularly now at the beginning, I am updating the program as bugs are found and features added. Once you get up and running, you don't need to download the whole mishegas each time. Just download the lates t6com-1.8.zip file, extract the new T6COM.EXE, and overwrite the older one in your \TAPUBB\ folder. As always, though, copying the previous executable into a backup folder is always a good idea. If the new version screws up on your system, it's nice to be able to quickly revert to a known working version. Feel free to contact me; my e-mail address is below.
